Shipping & Returns – MegaRev Performance
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Simply email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Condition & Packaging
Returns must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all included parts and labels.
Installed or altered parts are not eligible for return (e.g. gaskets, bolts, etc.).
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the part is defective or a shipping error occurred.
We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance (like UPS or FedEx).
A 20% restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
Report any damage within 72 hours of delivery to start a claim.
Keep all original packaging; carriers may inspect the shipment upon return.
5. Missing Parts or Accessories
Notify us within 10 days of delivery if components are missing—we’ll review and resolve promptly.
